You will join a very collegial and professional global marketing operations team that optimizes processes, technology, data and analytics to power a high-performing marketing organization and drive alignment across the funnel by managing critical, high-visibility projects across all industry segments by using wide variety of platforms.

The Impact:

Your position is critical to support the global marketing operations team, with alignment and focus on a specific segment - events - social media team by managing day-to-day execution and fulfilment of marketing campaigns; building and executing Marketo programs and related assets, building marketing lists, performing assigned tasks in a workflow - event management tool for managing daily workflows for varied marketing operations processes; thereby play an integral role to support and refine critical elements of our marketing projects; with respect to overall process improvement, data quality and key performance metrics to contribute highly for achieving operational excellence.

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Global marketing operations team, with alignment and focus on a specific segment - events - social media team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day execution and fulfilment of marketing campaigns, in support of the overall strategy for their respective segment or tradeshows, hosted events, and webinars and partner with SPGMI Marketing Managers on executing promotional campaigns, running and analyzing reports and assisting in the campaign design process.

    • Candidate will get the opportunity to learn and manage the execution of email marketing campaigns utilizing an integrated automation, Serena and CRM platform - workfront workflow management tools to drive growth.

    • Exposure to various cloud computing systems - platforms such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, Serena, Spredfast, Workfront etc.
  • Play an integral role to support and refine critical elements of our marketing projects; with respect to overall process improvement, data quality and key performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns utilizing an integrated automation tool i.e. Marketo, Serena and CRM (Salesforce) platform to drive growth.

  • Supports all aspects of process ownership & continuous process improvement for aligned marketing group(s), including new process roll-out and change management implementation to improve business processes and increase efficiency.

    • Work closely with segment marketers and events - social media team using Serena - Spredfast platform to integrate marketing automation and email marketing capabilities into tactical planning and execution.
  • Manage daily tasks and deadlines for varied marketing operations processes in the Workfront workflow management tool for efficient turnaround of departmental workflow.

  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily Social Media content through Spredfast platform.

  • Compile, manipulate and display data in response to requests for analytical reports to support strategic planning for marketing organization.

    • Proactively identify gaps in marketing ops workflow - processes and work towards improving those areas.
  • Ensure the timely deployment of initiatives and project success by managing calendars, processes, and program documentation to support marketing execution.

  • Develop thorough understanding of universe list creation methodologies. Provide guidance to segment marketers and proactively recommend improvements for email smart list-building efforts.

    • Track and report marketing metrics, including registration charts, email results and demonstrate ability to interpret results to provide actionable recommendations for improving overall marketing metrics for the improved sales pipeline - funnel.
  • Complete other projects within the marketing operations department as needed.

What We re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors or MBA Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent education and experience.

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a marketing or equivalent experience, preferably in the financial services sector.

    • Excellent communication skills (oral - written), Basic-to-Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel - HTML skills and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products including database is required.
  • Strong organizational skills required to prioritize multiple work priorities and projects concurrently and meet established deadlines.

  • Self-starter with demonstrated track record of initiative, creativity and innovation.

    • Strong analytical and problem solving - research skills required with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team with minimal directions.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with administering database management tool (Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool) and - or any Email service provider (ESP) - Marketing automation platforms (E.g. Marketo, Eloqua, SilverPop, Exact Target, Responsys, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.).

  • Familiarity with any workflow management tool (E.g. Workfront - Pathfinder - JIRA) or events management tool (E.g. Serena) is preferred.
