_S&P Global Market Intelligence Translations Team_
Translations department is part of the Documents & Translations domain on Market Intelligence division at S&P Global. It s responsible for delivering accurate and timely translated content to internal financial and non-financial data collection teams within the division.
It supports translation requirements for other divisions as well.
You will gain exposure to different and latest translation tools being used, frequent interactions with global teams will help understand the industry dynamics, cultural diversity and create a symbiotic work culture.
This role will involve working with the team and the manager on a variety of initiatives related to Ownership operations.
Opportunity to be a part of a large and growing Translations operations with over 400 employees across 5 operating sites, that uses state-of-the-art translation processes and tools to deliver on the needs of internal customers not just within the division but across organization.
Wide exposure to multiple data collection processes with a dependency on translation services within S&P Global.
Opportunity to work with diverse and multicultural teams working out of Ahmedabad Hyderabad, Islamabad, Manila and Buenos Aires offices, to achieve a common set of goals.
Opportunity to lead the team consisting of 12 to 15 individual contributors and contribute towards achieving the goals of team. Accountability would be towards understanding and owning the business objectives; be a role model for people and peer group; communicate with passion and enthusiasm, embrace change as a way of working; and lead by example when communicating new initiatives.
Lead team of 12 to 15 associates.
Manages a team in the process of data extraction of information from various sources, tools and documents.
- Ensure team members are compliant when conducting data - information collection through thorough knowledge of guidelines, policies and research tools.
Responsible for the day-to-day workflow management and performance of a team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of process workflows.
Manages the performance review process, talent development and talent management processes of the team.
May interact with internal and external clients as necessary and occasionally works on new projects and data enhancement initiatives as assigned.
Identify individual strengths to appropriately delegate work amongst the team.
Ensure clear and seamless communication across levels and teams.

PG degree in commerce or businessadministration - management.
Bachelors - Master s Degree in Computer Science.
