The Team:

As a member of the Investor Relations Client Support team, you will serve as a contact for clients that use the IR Solutions product. You will work with members of the team across the globe to maintain IR websites we host for clients in a wide array of industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer client questions over email and phone

  • Make content updates using a content management system and oversee design changes with an in-house design team to keep the client s IR website up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements

  • Handle positive client interactions to drive new sales and renewals

  • Conduct client trainings and product demos

  • Consistently make dedicated suggestions to improve customer websites

  • Provide occasional on-call and weekend support to clients on a rotational basis

  • Partner with product teams to test new product improvements

Basic Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree is required

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve client concerns and promote product usage

  • Tight-knit collaboration and teamwork skills

  • Excellent time management and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred 3.0 GPA

  • HTML experience is an advantage but not required
