Do you love building strong relationships? As the key partner for our clients, the Relationship Management team masters industry, product and financial knowledge to keep clients informed. You will get to work with a large group of clients within the Banking sector. This position will be responsible for building out a new team of relationship managers in the Community Bank space.

Working with a broad range of financial institutions clients in the U.S., other S&P commercial teams, and the chance to build a new team at your site office while working alongside a diverse range of professionals across the sector. You will also be incentivized and responsible for the overall renewal targets for the accounts managed on your team and will assist with identifying new sales opportunities with our Sales Executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and training new Community Bank Relationship Managers

  • Running existing business base. Using relationships with large and complex existing accounts to grow and retain business and meet or exceed sales goals.

    • Conducting regular status and strategy meetings with management to understand products, business structure and how our products - service can deliver value.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities from existing clients and new sales leads for revenue generation to promote business growth.

  • Understanding and coaching team members on the diagnostic approach to selling

  • Analyzing clients' business needs and develops solutions to maintain and grow business.

  • Maintaining awareness of market and industry trends to understand competitive environment.

  • Participation in sales conferences and events.

    • Coaching and mentoring junior team members on internal systems and policies - procedures.

What We re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related

  • Work experience as Sales Manager or Client Services Manager

  • Flexible, creative and team oriented

  • Leadership and ability to act as a decision maker

  • Excellent command of English

  • Customer and goal focus
