The Team:

The Integration team is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance related to the integration of IM products (market-leading Corporate Action and Custody application product portfolio) with external systems. The team interacts directly with customer project teams both from functional and technical integration aspects of product implementation from requirements to testing and migration. The team develop and deliver custom integration solution such as data translation and enrichment services by utilizing the in-house integration solution IMBridge. The integration team provides consulting services to customers for integrating standard IM product interfaces.

IMBridge (Integration Messaging Bridge) is a Java-based enterprise service bus (ESB) solution aimed at integrating data and services in a secure manner within an existing information ecosystem. IMBridge delivers flexible interface configuration to enable quick and efficient transformation of data from any source format to any target format. It allows data to be manipulated to allow efficient, high-performance integration into an existing IT landscape. IMBridge provides various mechanisms to achieve scalability to provide high throughput.

The Impact:

Integration Analyst would be responsible for providing interface specifications and mappings as well as developing client configurations to fulfill business and integration requirements for our clients.

Integration Analyst is also required to assist the client throughout the entire project lifecycle to attain a quick time to market for the project and provide Subject Matter Expertise. Analyst will also be providing production support to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the client’s integration needs throughout the project. Able to handle client workshops effectively and capture/articulate client requirements.

  • Complete ownership of integration analysis, development, and maintenance.

  • Assisting the Integration Quality Analyst (QA) to perform its functions.

  • Assisting the client integration needs.

  • Maintaining the integration standards for all IM Product Suite.

  • Executing technical project deliverables on time and on budget; escalating issues effectively to achieve resolution.

  • Translating business issues into system solutions, demonstrating proficiency for evolving and managing systems development.

  • Driving joint Business – IT meetings to translate business requirements into functional specifications and interface effectively and efficiently between business and IT teams.

  • Develop, maintain, and test client configuration and aid with the same where needed.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,700 - $170,400.

Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT/ Computer Science or related course

  • 10-12 years of technical experience

  • Basic Knowledge in the financial services sector, custody services, and investment management is preferred. Experience in projects focusing on various facets of integration is preferred. Real-time integrations with a focus on client integration with a Services Oriented Architecture/ESB and Data Integrations (batch integrations and data migrations).

  • Expert in Spring framework and spring boot.

  • Expert in Java and its associated technologies like JMS, EJB, multithreading, etc.

  • Expert in XML technologies (such as XSD and XSLT) and IMB-related technologies e.g. IMIL.

  • SQL skill is essential. Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle and Postgres databases and ability to work with other relational databases such as SQL server / MySQL/ DB2 etc.

  • Knowledge of Product/ Service Lifecycle and product development

  • The ability to understand the business problem, provide solutions, write algorithms, and flow for the resolution is essential.

  • Knowledge of market standard protocols and interfaces (such as SWIFT, ISO15022, ISO20022, etc.) is preferred.

  • A proven track record in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task

  • Proficiency in implementing reliable, complex, secure, high performance, and scalable solutions.

  • This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of integration best practices are important to successful performance in this role.

  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment. Experience in Agile development methodology is preferred.
