S&P Global Director, Information Security Project Delivery in Denver, Colorado
S&P Global is seeking a Director of the Information Security Project Delivery Office to report to the Chief Information Security Officer. This is a key Leadership Role leading the team responsible for Information Security Program and Project Management. A successful candidate will manage the delivery of key Information Security programs and projects, ensuring those programs meet organizational goals and requirements and follow standardized methodology. This role has significant impact and visibility to senior management and will support critical decision-making.
This position is based in Denver, CO
Managing the Information Security project management organization and project delivery.
Liaise with the Digital Infrastructure PMO on prioritization, funding requests, and project status
Manage project management staff, resources, and budgets
Develop consolidated and dynamic project reporting and tracking methodology
Partner with technology leadership, business partners and vendors in delivering quality solutions to internal customers
Continuous participation in departmental strategy, vision, and best practice implementation
Serve as thought leader in Information Security program and project management
Ensure that project delivery is successful and exceeds end user and customer requirements and expectations;
Act as the point of contact for all Information Security projects and project related issues
Facilitate issue resolution for Information Security initiatives
BA - BS in Business Administration, Supplier Management, or related field is required. Master s degree preferred.
PMP certification is preferred.
10 years experience in IT operations and Project Management.
Experience leading large information security initiatives
10 years experience managing projects in a complex environment.
5 years experience building and leading a team.
Effective strategy development and execution experience.
Demonstrated program management experience
CISSP or equivalent Information Security experience
Passion for Information Security.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior management
