Responsibilities and Impact
Develop monitoring solutions to provide complete system coverage
Write infrastructure as code automation for our AWS infrastructure
Practice and document disaster recovery scenarios
Streamline our software build and release pipeline
Engage in post-incident reviews to learn from failures and solve the root cause
Participate in on-call rotation for afterhours incident response
What We’re Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Hold an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification
Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, and PowerShell
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools: Terraform and CloudFormation
Strong time management skills to prioritize work and deadlines
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues quickly
Clear communication skills, especially when explaining complex technical problems
Proven attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of their work
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with networking concepts and protocols
Mastery of both Windows and Linux operation systems at scale
Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
