The Role: Order to Cash Management Lead

The Team: The OSTTRA Technology team is composed of Capital Markets Technology professionals, who build, support, and protect the applications that operate our network. You will have 10-12 years of Order to Cash Management core domain experience, meet the needs of our strengthening the e2e Revenue Invoicing process, and manage key stakeholders such as Sales, Technology and Finance. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a Finance team based out of Gurgaon and to work with colleagues across multiple regions globally.

Responsibilities:

Manage manual invoice production and input contract data within the SIGMA Billing system to produce invoices for customers correctly and accurately, adhering to internal deadlines. Consistently deliver high quality service on time, with a focus on responsiveness, organisation, efficiency, and helpfulness.

Main duties will include:

  • Responsible for Order Management Specialist, Invoicing Manager, Reporting & Data Management Analytics.

  • Operations Manager: Overseeing the overall operations related to order management, invoicing, and payment collection, optimizing processes, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Understanding the current gaps in the existing process and look for actual and strategic solutions.

  • Strengthen the existing process within team on simplification, reduce manual intervention, reviews and adding controls.

  • Set-up a governance for monthly deliverables, timeliness and reporting to key stakeholders.

  • Ensuring a comfort on upstream system and underlying data which is getting used for Invoicing Process

  • Be finance owner of the Invoicing system, gaining a good understanding of its capabilities and data.

  • Work with credit control team to ensure any invoicing issues are resolved on a timely basis.

  • Also run the strong governance on A/R Collection to strengthen the overall Balance Sheet.

What We’re are looking for:

  • 10-12 years of core experience of Order to Cash Management process

  • Transformation exposure is must if someone played a critical role in either implementing a new system or transition the complete process.

  • Experience of managing key stakeholders across teams such as Sales, Technology including Finance across multiple locations.

  • Someone who has good experience of managing a Team.

  • A good understanding of how upstream and downstream system and processes can impact the Invoicing process

  • A good understanding of how this process impact the Finance and bottom line of the organisation.

  • Someone having a problem-solving skills and good experience in data analytics is critical part of this role to be successful.

  • Somone who can take the e2e process ownership and focus on value addition and efficiency to be achieved.

  • Assess and resolve problems following defined incident notification and escalation procedures.

  • Serve as a technical/functional resource or super user to other team members.

  • Consistently produces accurate work, exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Communication, able to articulate and influence decisions in an important forum.

  • Good to have exposure on Salesforce and have worked in the Financial Services /Technology Sector

  • Responsible for managing own development and willing to learn.
