The Team:

Name team is responsible for the identification, correction, and standardization of all Commercial Name entities and variants thereof. They are also responsible for the identification of Fleet entities in the United States. They add, update, and standardize commercial name entities so that downstream products can take advantage of summarized name data in applications and reports.

Responsibilities and Impact:

Without this role, the business could be missing out on key data necessary to ensure accurate stores of information as well as deliver outgoing products to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving existing processes, collaborating with teams to identify areas of improvement, and ensuring the successful implementation of task assigned. You will use your SQL skills to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Review existing Name Processes and User Interfaces to understand operations.

  • Oversee that the Name & Address Reference Data processes with the OneView 360/ReFuel Tool.

  • Resolve system generated exceptions of Name variations

  • Research Name & Address variations and assign standard Names for each exception

  • Administer the Name Fleet Netting process

  • Work with/within Global Data Operations and Development to understand bottlenecks and requested improvements.

  • Develop Business Requirements documents that outline improvements.

  • Create presentations that demonstrate value and statistical improvement.

  • Create New Audits and support existing ones to mitigate anomalies.

  • Follow guidelines and proactively raise alerts on functional/application/data risk.

  • Coordinate Project activities to ensure timely completion as per established guidelines.

  • Conduct and participate in regular status meetings globally and reports progress to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate on the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

  • Investigate and update SalesForce cases and provide solution.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills:

  • University degree (Bachelors or equivalent) in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3-5 Year of industry related experience.

  • Proficiency in writing and running SQL statements.

  • Experience performing root cause analysis on data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Analytical skills, abilities and experience in primary/secondary research.

  • Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills. Must have experience presenting concepts and ideas thoughtfully and persuasively.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and share ideas. Must be able to give and take direction from others on the team; Highly motivated and outgoing.

  • Time management, Prioritization skills along with accountability.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, specially Microsoft Excel.
