You will be part of a dynamic, multi-cultural and high performing team.
You will be a driving force in building upon the firm s reputation and employment brand at prestigious undergraduate and graduate programs across the APAC region & attract students for full-time and summer intern positions across the enterprise. You will be responsible for campus recruiting events and activities in Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai and Melbourne (other countries may be added).

Your primary responsibility will be the successful administration of campus recruiting processes for the APAC region to include:*
Shanghai, Hong Kong & Singapore. You will also have the opportunity to shape and develop these processes and help manage broader programs. The role is designed to expand with you as your skillset grows.
Execute campus recruiting strategy
Support team and hiring managers to fulfil their hiring needs and headcounts
Build and sustain relationships with target sources (schools, professional associations, and diversity organizations)
Champion campus programs, influence managers to change current practices and educate business leaders while maintaining strong relationships
Manage diversity initiatives
Serve as campus recruiting Subject Matter Expert to drive comprehensive workforce planning across all lines of business
Help define and execute campus talent assessment, recruiting effectiveness processes, and implementation of best practices
Facilitate and attend campus events. 30% of travel required during recruiting season
Support the wider Talent Acquisition team with other adhoc projects when required
What We re Looking For:
Bachelor s Degree required
4 years of campus recruiting experience preferred
Verse in campus recruiting best practices
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to synthesize information from multiple perspectives & recommend action
Good project management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Experience with managing and running OCI and Super days
Manage the resume review and candidate evaluation processes
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and build business relationships
Experience working with applicant tracking systems
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, as well as listening skills; able to facilitate meetings & Entrepreneurial, responsible, self-motivated, upbeat team player.
Knowledge of financial services or technical recruiting a plus
