The Role: Data Researcher II
The Location: Hyderabad
The Team: Team is responsible for providing a data support to the analysts that caters to Corporates and Financial Services domain.
Team supports the integrity and comprehensiveness of the data set by utilizing internal & external research sources such as government & regulatory documents, stock exchanges, industry journals, analyst reports as well as information databases and our internal research tools to collect, summarize, and synthesize relevant information.
Hence you will gain exposure to different reports of covered Industries, while having frequent interaction with global analysts to learn the industry dynamics and create a symbiotic work culture.
The Impact: Team provides essential intelligence to the analysts, so they can carry-out the ratings work in a most effective and efficient manner.

Functional Responsibility / Domain Related
Basic Financial data gathering, data enrichment and data maintenance through client or in-house databases
Extract required data set from input / source document into required output template
Use tools and systems to ensure timely delivery
Upload / remove reports as required on client or in-house databases
Maintain the integrity and quality of data
Execute assigned tasks as per the instructions / guidelines and meeting required TAT
Ensure adherence to / compliance with performance tracking mechanism, policies / procedures of the organization
Explore opportunities and provide ideas to improve the current processes
Strictly practice and follow all Compliance, Confidentiality, and Information Security Policies, Procedures and Guidelines of the Organization
What We’re Looking For:
Strong finance or accounting specialization
Effective communication skill (written & Verbal) and sound computer skills are the pre requisites for the positions
The candidate should be willing to work in rotational night shifts. Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment, while following flexible schedule to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and persistent approach to work
Strong quantitative, analytical and interpretive skills
Commerce Graduate [B. Com, BBA, BBE, BBS, BA (Eco) and / or PGDM/MBA/M.Com
Streams Eligible – Any Stream with Finance as Major or Minor subject
Computer literacy - MS Office applications, Macros will be an added advantage
A Positive attitude, strong interest in research, flair for writing and an eye for detail
Ability to interact with many levels and to face and deal with issues in a mature and professional manner
- 0-3 years of experience
