The Team : The Commercial Systems Team is responsible for managing all tools and systems unique to the CI Commercial organization, and driving operational efficiency for all business stakeholders. We are at the forefront of technology and uses innovative strategies to optimize the way our Commercial teams serve our customers.

Responsibilities and Impact: The “Product Owner – Order To Cash” is an integral part of the Commercial Systems team who is responsible for driving operational efficiency for our OTC stakeholders. This position will be working within the agile framework to prioritize, plan and oversee the delivery of features on their scrum team, in order to enhance the value of the OTC Solution and integrated systems. The Product Owner will represent stakeholders to define features and prioritize the product backlog, to obtain maximum value to the benefit of the end user.

  • Assisting in defining, developing, and implementing the OTC strategic roadmap and the releases of features for CPQ & Billing Solution and integrated systems

  • Identify customer needs, take detailed business requirements from business stakeholders, and provide guidance on business processes to the scrum team

  • Write user stories, own and prioritize the backlog and translate business needs into technical requirements for the scrum team

  • Analyze existing processes and procedures with a LEAN mindset for more efficient deliverables

  • Make informed decisions, provide clear directions and guidance to keep scrum team on track

  • Assist in managing the scrum team and sprint planning/execution, working closely with the scrum master

  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding the product roadmap, timelines and status of requests

  • Collaborate within larger SAFe framework to ensure product backlog aligns with program and portfolio backlogs

  • Working closely with Support Teams to communicate enhancements and defect fixes with end users

  • Articulate and track value delivered to business stakeholders – lean thinking

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Product Owner and familiar with agile methodology.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills

  • Strong problem solving skills with an innate curiosity and desire to question the status quo

  • Ability to translate business asks into technical requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce CPQ Billing as a product experience highly preferred

  • Entitlement and Fulfillment systems experience desirable

Shift Timings:- 4:30 PM IST-1:30 AM IST (flexibility required)
