Associate, Enterprise Technical Support
Grade(meaningful for internal applicants only):
We are a group of skilled people who support all products under the Enterprise API umbrella. Every single day, we help clients automate their workflow with relevant, actionable, and timely data. API Support function is a combination between the clients and our internal teams including Development, Product Management, Relationship Management, and Industry teams. We are geographically spread across Pakistan and India.
As the first point of contact for clients, you will be required to help them with their queries related to product functionality and the data we deliver through it. With your help, you will enable clients to come up with efficient mechanisms to access data, while the internal teams will be able to make more timely decisions to be more client focused.

You will provide client support via phone, email and other mediums by understanding and triaging client questions - concerns in an effective and timely manner
You would make suggestions around product usability and quality
You would develop client-focused solutions by closely working with in-house development teams
You would convey client wants and needs to the Product Management and Relationship Management teams
You will develop and evaluate test plans by using your independent judgment.
Work with teammates on projects, which improve and develop core expertise about the subject and improve process flow.
What We re Looking For:
You possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science - Computer Engineering.
You have a fair understanding of SQL language.
Awareness of Operating Systems and their functional dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Team-player mentality with tight-knit teamwork skills.
Flexible to changes in a dynamic environment
