The Impact:

This position contributes to new quota sales by maintaining high volumes in the pipeline, high velocity throughout the pipeline, even distribution of opportunities throughout the pipeline & accuracy of opportunity staging to ensure accurate forecasting. For renewals business, this position ensures renewal opportunities have the highest chance of renewing by keeping customers cognizant of the value of our products against their business performance.

The Team:

The Commercial Education team supports the Commercial Team on achieving their sales and renewal and retention goals. We are a highly collaborative, creative & global team who work closely together on key Education initiatives to drive commercial performance. We attract high performing candidates who are looking to sharpen their skill set and increase their exposure to the business.

Your background will be an accomplished relationship manager, sales or product specialist with a real passion for coaching and training. Ideally, you will have previous exposure to onboarding, training and - or coaching sales or relationship managers at all levels.


Design and implement training on the diagnostic approach for new and tenured Commercial Team members in Islamabad & potentially other offices.

Shadow and observe outbound commercial or training calls and webexes with Sales, Relationship Managers & Client Ops to reinforce diagnostic sales concepts.

Provide mentoring and initiate training plans, in collaboration with managers.

  • Make program recommendations to managers and other partners based on common feedback - observations.

Coach managers on diagnostic approach and how to reinforce it with their teams.

Maintain and advertise training calendar, monitor enrollments, review program evaluations, prepare training metrics, recommend program changes, and update management, as required.

  • Support other Commercial Education team projects and complete other assignments as required and - or assigned.


_Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent, preferably in a finance discipline or relevant work experience

  • Understanding and experience in applying the diagnostic approach to daily interaction with clients - customers

Excellent communication, written and verbal

Ability and willingness to travel. This position requires only occasional overnight trips away from the home office.

Motivated individual with exceptional analytical skills

_Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in selling or relationship management or product - sector specialism

Confident public speaker and passionate educator

Strong understanding of the financial industry and customer segments.

Strong PowerPoint (or similar software) skills

Experience with webinar technologies

Working knowledge of SPGMI products
