S&P Ratings HR are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join the Ratings HRBP team to help in supporting the implementation of the Human Capital plans, providing the full remit of Generalist support primarily to the enabling functions, as well as supporting HR project initiatives across the Ratings business.

Support the HRBP team in managing employee relations issues, including first stages of disciplinaries, grievances and underperformance, as well as activities arising out of reorganization.
Support managers through underperformance process using systems where appropriate
Supporting the HRBP team with organisational design work
Providing reports to the HRBP team and business
Support the HRBP team through the compensation cycle
- Drive compensation decisions, assignment of appropriate JFMs, guidance to managers around off cycle compensation - promotion decisions
Liaison with Global Mobility and business regarding internal transfers and relocations. Good working knowledge of visa process and restrictions
Management of policy and procedure updates as required. Share knowledge of upcoming and recently introduced legislation to wider HR team
Support the BP team in driving Employee Engagement activity
Close liaison with global colleagues on issues impacting the global population
Interactions & Collaboration:
- Works regularly with the business, the global HR BP teams, and our Centres of Excellence.
- Bachelor s degree desirable
Experience and Skills:
Circa 4 years experience in a HR team within a sophisticated, multi-national organization
Employee relations experience
Demonstrable proactivity, confidence, commitment and flexibility
Strong team interaction and personal organizational skills
Able to balance competing deadlines, prioritize and manage expectations effectively
Good knowledge of MS Office suite of products
