S&P Global Customer Migration Associate in Manila, Philippines

By effectively coordinating with various teams and managing the migration process, you’ll contribute to a positive client experience and enhance your project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities :

  • Ensure smooth transition for clients migrating to the new platform

  • Engage with Sales and Enablement teams to gather client requirements, building a comprehensive understanding of client needs

  • Collaborate with Account teams to develop and execute project plans for migration and define timelines and deliverables

  • Conduct training sessions for clients to familiarize them with the new platform

  • Provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholdersduring the migration process, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise

  • Identify and escalate any technical or operational challenges to the appropriate teams for resolution

  • Monitor product usage and develop and execute proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives to clients, focusing on product adoption and usage growth

  • Commit to continuous learning of the products suite and services we offer, including ongoing enhancements, new offerings and how they relate to customer workflow

  • Maintain accurate documentation of migration activities and client communications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well in teams

  • Client-first mindset – exceptional skills in listening to clients, articulating ideas and complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to organize, multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Ideally experienced in consultative sales or a client-facing role (inside sales, prospecting, sales support, customer support) and in dealing with challenging situations

  • Project management experience – ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion and ensure that timelines are met and all relevant stakeholders updated

  • Strong advocate of continuous learning, personal development, and knowledge application

  • Marketing skills is a plus – able to position our products to drive adoption and usage

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required

  • Strong MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills are required

  • 1-3 yearsof work experience

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field

  • 1-3 yearsof experience in client services, sales and marketing, account management, project management, or similar

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
