What’s in it for you : As a Lead Privacy Technology, you will support administration and configuration of S&P Global’s Data Privacy and Governance Platform. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day support, enhancements, and major project initiatives. This role will require a flexible, agile approach to meet our changing business needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Support OneTrust’s Trust Intelligence Platform configurations across modules

  • Coordinate with privacy project managers, application technical owners, and business owners to ensure implementation of cookie banners, DSAR webforms and workflows

  • Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and translating into accurate and detailed requirement specification documents and functional specification documents

  • Develop and maintain reports (e.g., Record of Processing Activities), Metrics, Dashboards

  • Administer tool features with the highest level of discretion, sensitivity, and integrity in handling confidential information

  • Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and propose solutions that address user requirements

  • Effectively communicate through progress reports, user documentation and formal presentations to teams and management across functions and divisions

  • Participate in cross-functional business and system process improvement

What We’re Looking For : The role will require technical skills to support OneTrust’s Trust Intelligence Platform and requires experience with configuring API integrations and developing/maintaining Python scripts using Agile methodologies. The candidate must be able to interact with the Legal and Privacy business partners, SCRUM Master, developers, SME’s, solution architects and designers.

Required Skills:

  • 6-8 years of IT experience in application development and support with the following is required:

  • OneTrust’s Trust Intelligence Platform

  • Cookie Consent (Cookie banner configuration, cookie categorization), Privacy Rights Automation / Data Subject Access Request (Workflows, Webforms), Targeted Data Discovery and API Integration for Privacy Rights Automation

  • Data Mapping & PIA/DPIA Automation

  • Experience in the following is preferred: Data Discovery, Other Data Privacy Technologies, Agile (Scrum) methodology.

  • Experience in the following is a plus: Data Governance concepts and technologies.

  • Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI & Tableau isa plus.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience.

  • 6-8 years of technical experience in administering and supporting One Trust privacy tools

  • Experience in website development and risk management is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Global regulatory requirements relevant to personal data.

  • Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to create practical, robust, and scalable architectures and solutions meeting the business and technology goals/strategy of the organization.

  • Ability to gather functional and non-functional requirements, design business solutions that meet requirements, and perform data analysis.

  • Experience facilitating functional design and technical design for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions.
