The Team:

Our team is responsible of providing HR consultation to business leaders and management teams, develop workforce and talent plans, partner with HR Centers of Expertise to manage the design and delivery of human resources solutions aligned with the organization's business goals within LATAM Region.

The Impact:

Strategic partner to drive the talent agenda within Mexico City. Responsible for supporting business units besides participate in regional and global projects.

Responsibilities:

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:*

  • Partner with more senior HR roles to support talent management initiatives and programs established for the client group.

  • Close partnership with the regional team and Regional HR Director

  • Generate and communicate HR data and analysis to more senior HR roles and the business. Serve as subject matter expert on HR data and analysis.

    • Interpret policies set by the Centers of Expertise - Shared Services - Outsourcing providers and ensures adherence to them.
  • Maintain awareness of client group's business and human capital goals.

  • Coach supervisors and managers in managing employee performance and understanding and communicating HR programs and policies. Oversee talent pipeline.

  • Act as HR representative for Mexico City office.

  • Partner with Employee Relations unit to ensure fair and timely resolution of all employee issues and complaints.

  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less work experience.

What we re Looking For:

  • Undergraduate degree in HR, Finance, Business or related discipline preferred

  • 5 years experience in related field

  • Ability to cope and effectively influence different work agendas.

  • Proactive problem solver skills.

  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.
