Based in Paris, France this position is responsible for the HR execution in EMEA. The People Partner provides insight into talent management decisions, supports leaders in driving people and capability objectives, and provides a full-range of People Partner support to the business lines. The role also contributes to EMEA initiatives as well as collaborates on design, development, introduction and - or integration of HR processes, practices, programs and initiatives that contribute to individual and company success. The role transcends all disciplines as well as gets involved in EMEA - global projects
Provides consultancy support to Business - Country HR Leads and Line Managers.
Provides performance management guidance to line management.
Partners with Total Rewards, and Business Leads to ensure fairness in compensation during and outside comp cycle.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
Acts as a subject matter expert on local jurisdictions and maintains a current understanding of HR related laws, regulations, rules and procedures on both local and global basis.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with external counsel as needed.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, and retention.
Delivers HR solutions in partnership with internal and external providers, which support business goals in a complex and challenging environment.
Provides effective, accurate and timely solutions to HR colleagues, Line Managers, Employees, internal and external contacts; ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal obligations
Acts as the trusted advisor of business leaders to support them in carrying out their business and functional plans
Supports projects across the entirety of the HR agenda, working in partnership with the HR Global team and Business Leaders.
Liaises with colleagues in EMEA and in the US to ensure adherence to global - EMEA processes and initiatives.
Works as part of the wider HR team to deliver against shared objectives, balance priorities and adapts to a changing environment.
Partnering with Talent Acquisition to ensure we attract the right candidates.
Liaises with Payroll and Data Teams as required, ensuring timely and accurate updating of changes.
