The Team: You will be a core team member of the Ratings Administrative Assistant team providing high level admin support and ensure daily operation efficiency.
The Impact: This role is important to ensure the general business operations support through the completion of all administrative tasks.

Provide daily administrative support to the Analytical team
Outlook Calendar scheduling and meeting bookings for teams
Business travel arrangement
Collate and administer Travel & Expense (T&E) in Concur system for team members.
Handle and respond to email correspondence and phone calls.
Handle photocopying, printing, mail and document distribution.
Create and update documents (presentations, letters, memos, databases etc.) within Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel.
Provide support on ad-hoc assignments or projects, and coverage to other analytical teams/business divisions.
What We’re Looking For:
Solid administrative assistant or group assistant experience in other financial institutions supporting large teams
Possess excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
Professional phone manner and demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and to work independently, as well as work on projects as required
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Proficient in XP Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, SalesForce, Concur
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work as needed
Business level English (Reading & Writing, - Conversational level speaking)
Bachelor degree in business or any related subjects (preferable)
- 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Business Administration or Professional Secretary Degree
