Job Title: Marketing Operation Specialist

Location: S&P Global Mobility

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Position Overview: The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Mobility division marketing initiatives through the management and optimization of marketing automation platforms, specifically as we transition from and Eloqua to Marketo. This position will also involve collaboration with our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team and the use of Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation Management:

  • Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns using Marketo and Eloqua.

  • Maintain and update marketing automation workflows, email templates, landing pages, and forms.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Data Management and Integration:

  • Ensure accurate data flow and integration between Marketo/Eloqua and Salesforce (SFDC).

  • Assist in maintaining data cleanliness and integrity within the marketing automation platforms and CRM.

  • Support the implementation of lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing programs.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance marketing operations and contribute to process improvements.

  • Revenue Operations Support:

  • Collaborate with the RevOps team to align marketing efforts with sales processes and revenue goals.

  • Assist in tracking and reporting on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and their impact on revenue.

  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.

  • Hands-on experience with Marketo / Eloqua.

  • Basic knowledge of Revenue Operations (RevOps) principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and its integration with marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other marketing automation platforms or CRM tools.

  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.

  • Certification in Marketo, Eloqua, or Salesforce.
